      Prices are all inclusive: electricity and cleaning costs. In most of the cases bed linens and towels are included too.

      You can easily select the apartment by yourself on our website, or contact our staff via chat or email, who will advise you according to your needs and budget.

      Once you find the apartment that suits your needs, just send a booking request.

      In order to complete the reservation, an advance payment of about 20% ~ 25 % of the total price is required; it will guarantee your reservation.
      The deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation

      The balance of the remaining amount must be paid to the owner upon arrival at the apartment, or a few days before arrival (according to the 'House Rules' for each property).

      Upon receipt of the required payment we will send you the Booking Confirmation, where you will find the exact address of the apartment, the contact details of the owners and other important information of your reservation.
      It's very important to read carefully and keep the confirmation email as it contains all the relevant information about your booking.

      For those who need to apply for a visa, we can provide a booking confirmation in PDF format on letterhead upon request. We do not handle any of the visas and we are not responsible in any way on the outcome of your request for a visa.

      It is compulsory to contact the owner of the apartment several days prior to your arrival, and to inform us of your supposed time of arrival.
      Most of our apartments don't offer a reception service, it is the owner who will be waiting in the apartment at the time you agreed.
      The conditions for the delivery of the keys and the meeting point are different from apartment to apartment. You will receive clear instructions in the confirmation e-mail or from the owner.

      Upon arrival at the apartment or at least when the keys are handed in, all guests must provide a valid identification document in order to be registered according to the local legislation.

      Upon arrival or before arrival the balance must be paid directly to the owner.
      In many cases the owner won't have the opportunity to charge your credit card at the apartment, so a cash payment is often required.
      For those who do not want to travel with big amounts of cash, it is possible, at the owner's discretion, to arrange a payment in advance by bank transfer or paypal.

      In many cities a sojourn tax is also required. This amount is not included in the total amount of the rental.

      Upon returning from your stay we will be happy to receive your rate of the structure and services.
      Every customer has the right to leave a feedback about the accommodation or our services.
      Customers who have canceled their reservation, or who, for whatever reason, have not stayed in the apartment, will not be able to leave a feedback.
