Cómodo ático en el tercer piso de un edificio cerca de la Piazza Navona. Su estratégica ubicación le permite visitar el centro cultural de la Ciudad Eterna a pie.

La casa tiene tres habitaciones, dos dormitorios, uno con cama doble y uno con cama individual y una sala de estar con sofá cama doble y chimenea y cocina totalmente equipada, baño, sala de lectura en el mezzanine y terraza, para disfrutar de un desayuno o cena admirando los tejados y las cúpulas de la antigua Roma.

Entre los servicios en el apartamento: lavadora, televisión, estéreo, aire acondicionado e wi fi Internet de fibra optica, el màs veloz que hay!.

Puede alojar hasta a 4 personas.

The flat is very nice and with nice furniure. Few items need repair, such as the shower. Having miscalculated that "3rd floor/no elevator" actually meat 70 steps to climb, our mistake was compensated by out host, who kindly helped with the luggage (heavy items!) personally. Therefore a remind: travel light! The place is gorgeous, 5 minutes walk straight into Piazza Navona. Good supermarked at less than 100m, shops, restaurants, taxis, all at hand. We had a great time.

We felt very well in the Apartment 164 last October! We made a familiy-trip (parents and two sons at the age of 15 and 17) and enjoyed this special kind of living: downtown and with a good view over the roof gardens of Rome. The landlady was very nice and we would rent the flat again!

Das Apartment mit der wunderbaren Dachterrasse befindet sich an dem perfekten Ort für einen Romaufenthalt. Es liegt in einer Seitenstrasse, was einen ruhigen Schlaf nach einem Besuch einer der tollen Bars oder Restaurants gleich um die Ecke ermöglicht. Tolle Geschäfte, Campo di fiori, Plaza Navona, Trastevere.... alles in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Selbstversorger würden sich etwas mehr Kochgeschirr wünschen. Wir würden dieses Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen.

This apartment was very charming, spacey and perfect for our trip. We loved the great location and the roof top balcony. Unfortunately, there is too much to see in Rome to stay in the apartment all day, but we will definitely stay there again next time we're in Rome. We will recommend this apartment both to couples and to families!

We had a few very nice days in Rome in this beautifully located appartment! The jewel in the crown is the roof terrace - in the daytime too hot, but marvelous at night or in the early morning. Inside it is very tasteful as well. And the location is terrific: you are close to everything!!!! Very nice place to stay for a family with teenage children!

Clean and beautifuly decorated apartment in the heart of Rome, perfect location ( Vatican approx.10 min by feet;Trevi fountain approx.15-20 min.) Nice terrace. We loved the place very much (we were 4 persons) and starting from the first day we felt there like at home, I recommend it to everyone. Next time we'll come to Rome - we are definitely staying there again !!! P.S. BTW based on the price for the apartment we didn't expect ir to be so cool there, but it really is ! Thanks :)
