We found everything OK. Only the TV programmes were strangely difficult since very few were in italian.

posizione abbastanza centrale servita abbastanza. Possibilità di cucinare, quasi un monolocale. Bel balcone, ottimo per l'estate. Pulizia, gentilezza ok.

The flat is in good standard, but it's visible that some furniture/facilities are a bit tatty. But for us it wasn't a problem. Location is close to Vatican and San Pietro railway station, so it's great. The general review is very positive. What drawbacks? Burnt bulbs in kitchen (lack of any other source of light there) and the same situation outside. Only two toilet rolls for almost 6 days :) Very good and fast contact with landlord.
